Mike and I took a trip to Disneyland this weekend, and I am pretty worn out. Even with being worn out I still had a ton of fun. We were unable to go when everyone went in June due to being sick. Mike took Reagan down there and picked her up for her award events but he didn't want to go just in case I needed him since I was sick pretty bad.
The goal anytime I go to Disneyland is to ride all the rides, but this time we were not able to do that. Some of the rides were closed. They were either getting ready for Halloween or for renovations, which means I was unable to go on the Haunted Mansion which happens to be one of my favorite rides besides Thunder Mountain.
It was nice to take our time also since we stayed the night down in Anaheim which honestly is the best way to do it even though we live so close. It just makes things so much easier, and cheaper, though who goes to Disneyland thinking it will be a cheap trip? Every time I go it brings back memories from going as a child. I can't wait to take grandkids or my brother's kids when he has some.
