Stress

The amount of stress that comes from unannounced DOD inspections is insane. You start to second guess everything you do and in a way panic about what is not done yet. Well we just finished ours at work and the results were not good in fact almost embarrassing but all we can do is move forward and fix it, and ensure it doesn't happen again.

I have created some different approaches to my duties as an Assistant Director and with the tasks that I have. More streamlined approaches to staying accountable or holding people accountable. So here is to a new year of making sure things are done better.
