Welcome Home Covid

So I thought I would never see the words positive or detected when it comes to COVID. It's been about a year and a half or close to it since I had it. I guess it was bound to happen despite me taking preventative measures. Mike took Reagan and Kane to a friend's birthday party on New Year's Eve and by that Monday Reagan was not feeling so well. She woke up with a sniffly nose and if you know Reagan she never gets sick, though when she does get sick it's bad. As soon as I noticed it I told her to put a mask on and we would test her on Tuesday (today) if she was still not feeling well.
So I went to work today as normal and throughout the day kept in touch with Mike and the kids. I was not feeling so well but I have been running around like crazy as we are sending home children all day it seems like. In fact, since before Christmas, it started. Anyways on my way home Reagan sent me a message and said I am positive. I already knew what she was talking about and had a feeling. None the less it freaked me out and of course, I started crying. I called my boss to let her know and I was told I would be out to call public health tomorrow.
I don't really want to go through all this again. I am afraid for Reagan but also for myself. I am not sure how my body will handle Covid a second time.
