When It Rains It Pours

You have got to be kidding me. Our ceiling is leaking right now. Mike and Damian are up on the roof trying to see where it's coming from. As they are figuring this out Mike pretty much went thru it due to how wet everything is. this is the last thing that is needed. Looks like we will be calling our insurance. I think the biggest thing I am hoping for is 1. not a lot of damage 2. no mold.

*Update December 23rd*

Our friend Mike came over and checked it out with Mike and they pulled everything out, as everything was being pulled out there was mold all over the sheetrock and insulation to one of the main beams. I guess now that everything is gone the water mitigation company can come in and do their thing.

*Another Update*

The water mitigation company is tarping the roof, adding a ventilation system to air out, and spraying an antimicrobial along with heavier plastic.
